These Terms apply to every order. Accepting them and submitting an order creates a purchase agreement with Radiant Beings Productions LLC. A purchaser buying for another adult remains the purchaser and remains financially responsible; every attendee separately claims their place and completes participant onboarding and agreements.

1. Admissions and inclusions

• Adults 18 or older as of January 29, 2027.
• Standard admission $998: published Event programming and spaces, light refreshments and snacks.
• Optional Daytime Nourishment Upgrade $200 per Standard attendee: chef-prepared lunches and expanded daytime food and beverage service across the three-day experience. VIP evening experiences are excluded.
• VIP admission $1,798: Standard admission, the Daytime Nourishment Upgrade, two VIP evening dining and tasting experiences, priority check-in, and preferred reserved non-assigned seating.

Standard seating is general admission, first come, first served. VIP seating is reserved by section, and no specific seat is guaranteed. Accessibility and venue needs may affect seating.

Lodging, airfare, transportation, parking, travel insurance, meals not listed, and personal expenses are excluded.

Hard capacity is 150 places: up to 135 public Standard and VIP admissions and 15 sponsored places.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Discount codes may carry eligibility, expiration, quantity, and combination restrictions, and are not applied retroactively.

The complete price is shown before payment. No mandatory service, platform, card, or payment-plan fee is added after ticket selection. Any required tax and any optional addition is shown before payment.

You may pay in full or, if offered, use the three-payment plan. A pay-in-full reservation is confirmed after successful payment. A plan reservation is confirmed after the first payment is verified, and the purchaser remains responsible for payments two and three.

The exact total, installment amounts, and charge dates are displayed before purchase and in the plan receipt. The remaining payments are charged automatically on the dates shown. There is no interest, finance charge, or mandatory plan fee.

A failed scheduled payment may be retried only for the same authorized amount. We will notify the purchaser and provide a reasonable opportunity to cure. If the amount remains unpaid, Radiant Beings Productions LLC may cancel and release the affected place.

To cancel a plan and return a place, the purchaser submits a return request through My Experience or contacts us from the order email. An approved return cancels the remaining scheduled payments, and any refund is calculated from the amount already paid under Section 3.

Stopping or revoking authorization for a future charge alone does not cancel the reservation or erase an amount owed. The purchaser remains responsible after an assignment or transfer unless the order is canceled or adjusted by Radiant Beings Productions LLC in writing.

3. Purchaser-requested returns and refunds

Only the original purchaser may request or receive a refund, and an approved refund is returned to the original payment method. The eligible refund is based on the amount actually paid for the affected admission and its Daytime Nourishment Upgrade:

• On or before October 31, 2026: 100%.
• November 1 through December 30, 2026: 50%.
• December 31, 2026 onward: none.

For a payment plan, that percentage applies to the amount already received for the returned place, and the remaining scheduled payments are canceled after approval.

Requests are made through My Experience after it opens, or by email from the order email. Submitting a request is not an automatic refund; review and approval are required. A claimed attendee must release the place before a return, refund, or transfer.

Radiant Beings Productions LLC initiates an approved refund; issuer timing varies. If we cancel the Event, we refund the affected ticket and Event nourishment within the legally required time. If the Event is postponed, rescheduled, or replaced, the purchaser may request a refund under applicable law.

Reasonable changes to session order, daily schedule, room layout, menu, facilitators, personnel, or VIP times are not a cancellation. We are not responsible for lodging, travel, parking, lost wages, or third-party costs except as the law requires. Rights that cannot be waived are preserved.

4. Assignments and transfers

Each attendee uses their own name and unique email address, claims their place, and completes their own onboarding and agreements.

Before a claim, the purchaser may correct or change the assignment. After a claim, the attendee must release the place before any reassignment, transfer, or return.

An open place must be assigned and claimed by 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time on January 26, 2027; otherwise it may be released without refund except as the law requires. Transfers are made through My Experience by that same deadline, and later written approval is not guaranteed.

A transfer does not change the tier, benefits, refund schedule, or the purchaser’s financial responsibility. Tickets may not be resold above the amount paid or resold commercially without written approval.

5. Sponsored places and Scholarship Fund

Fifteen Event places are reserved for sponsored participants.

A complete Sponsored Admission may be funded by a purchaser or assigned by Radiant Beings Productions LLC, and each complete Sponsored Admission uses one of the 15 sponsored places. We select and approve the recipient, and no recipient identity is given to a sponsor without that person’s permission.

A Scholarship Fund contribution is not a ticket. It does not reserve capacity, admission, or benefits, it is voluntary, and it is not represented as charitable or tax-deductible.

Before a sponsored admission is accepted, a return follows Section 3. After acceptance it is not purchaser-refundable unless the recipient releases the place or the law requires otherwise. Before a contribution is allocated, it follows Section 3. After allocation and acceptance it is nonrefundable except as the law requires.

6. My Experience and attendance eligibility

The My Experience Portal is included but is not open yet. We will email purchasers and participants when it is available, and no action is required now. Until then, contact info@rbpexperiences.com for orders, guest details, assignments, transfers, and returns or refunds.

A confirmed reservation reserves a place but does not establish final eligibility. Every participant must claim their place with their own email address, have the applicable balance paid, complete onboarding, and personally accept the required participant agreements and waivers by the stated deadline. A purchaser cannot sign for another adult.

Missed requirements, an unpaid balance, or materially false information may lead to denied entry without refund to the extent permitted by law.

If a participant completes the requirements truthfully and on time and we determine that we cannot reasonably support their participation, we refund the amount paid for that admission and its nourishment upgrade, unless the decision results from misconduct or another material breach.

7. General

Contact info@rbpexperiences.com for orders, payments, assignments, transfers, refunds, and accessibility or accommodations.

California law governs, subject to consumer rights that cannot be waived. Proceedings must be brought in a proper court in Los Angeles County, California, with an eligible small-claims option available.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

The accepted version of these Terms, the final order summary, and any separate Payment Plan Authorization form the purchase agreement. Separate participant documents govern participation, safety, waivers, and releases.
