Privacy Policy

The Revelation Experience · Effective August 20, 2026

Effective date: August 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Radiant Beings Productions LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Radiant Beings,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information in connection with rbpexperiences.com and The Revelation Experience.

1. Scope

This Policy covers information collected through the website, reservation checkout, ticket assignments, scholarship applications and support, payment processing, and related communications. It does not govern an independent website or service that posts its own privacy policy. Additional onboarding and event-information practices will be introduced when participant onboarding opens.

My Experience participant onboarding is not open yet. Until it opens we do not collect participant questionnaires, dietary or allergy information, medical information, accessibility information, or emergency-contact details. Before participant onboarding opens and any of those fields are collected, we will update this Policy and publish any additional collection notices that apply. A person may still contact us directly for purchase or accommodation assistance as described below.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following information:

Contact and identity information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing contact information, and the name and email address of an assigned guest or proposed sponsored recipient.

Order and transaction information, such as ticket tier and quantity, optional additions, assignment selection, scholarship support or contribution amount, promotional offer, order number, payment status, refund or transfer activity, and records showing the version and time of Purchaser Terms acceptance.

Scholarship information, such as applicant contact details, application responses about requested financial access or support, administrative decisions, and related communications. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card details, medical records, or emergency information in a scholarship application.

Communications, such as messages about an order, assignment, scholarship application, privacy request, purchase assistance, or accommodation request. If you request an accommodation, please provide only the information reasonably necessary to describe the assistance requested, not medical records or emergency information.

Device, usage, and security information, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring source, approximate country or region derived from IP address, dates and times, cookie or browser-storage identifiers, and security or activity logs.

Our payment processor receives payment-card information when you pay. We receive payment status and limited transaction metadata, but we do not store your full payment-card number or card security code.

3. How We Collect Information

We collect information directly from you; from a purchaser or supporter who identifies an assigned guest or proposed recipient; automatically from your browser or device; and from service providers that process payments, communications, security, or website activity for us.

If you provide another person’s name or contact information, please do so only with permission for the applicable ticket assignment, invitation, or scholarship-support purpose, and direct that person to this Policy. We use assigned-guest information to reserve, invite, claim, and administer the place, not for general marketing unless that person separately chooses to receive it.

4. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • operate and secure the website, checkout, ticket-assignment, scholarship, contribution, and support flows;
  • process payments and payment plans, issue confirmations and invitations, and administer orders, assignments, transfers, refunds, contributions, chargebacks, and scholarship decisions;
  • respond to questions, privacy requests, corrections, purchase-assistance requests, and accommodation requests;
  • send transactional messages about an order, assigned place, application, contribution, schedule, or service update;
  • prevent fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents;
  • maintain accurate business, agreement, accounting, tax, and legal records; and
  • maintain operational and security records for the website and checkout.

We use personal information for event administration and transactional communications. We do not use assigned-guest information or scholarship-need information for general marketing unless the individual separately requests or consents to it.

5. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary:

  • service providers that support website hosting, databases, payment processing, transactional or business email, domain and security services, customer support, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping;
  • authorized Radiant Beings and event-production or administrative personnel who need the information to manage sales, assignments, scholarship access, communications, or support;
  • professional advisers, insurers, banks, auditors, accountants, and attorneys when reasonably necessary for business, insurance, accounting, compliance, or legal purposes;
  • government authorities, courts, emergency services, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect safety, prevent fraud, respond to legal process, or establish, exercise, or defend legal rights; and
  • a successor or transaction participant in connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, sale, reorganization, bankruptcy, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate protections.

We may also disclose information at your direction or with your consent. We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking Choices

The website uses essential cookies or similar browser storage for security, controlled access, session continuity, checkout, and user preferences. As of the effective date we do not use any website analytics, and the website does not use advertising pixels, cross-site retargeting, or session-replay tools.

Because there is no uniform industry response to browser Do Not Track signals, those signals do not change how the current website operates. We do not currently use the website for cross-site behavioral advertising. If a legally recognized privacy-choice signal applies to our practices, we will process it as required by law.

Our payment, hosting, security, and other service providers may independently collect technical or transaction information across the websites and services where they operate, as described in their own privacy notices, including for service delivery, security, and fraud prevention. We do not authorize them to use our assigned-guest, scholarship-application, or order information for their own behavioral advertising.

7. Retention and Security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including event administration, customer support, accounting, tax, contract, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, insurance, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and may be extended when reasonably necessary for a chargeback, claim, investigation, legal hold, or other legal requirement.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you by emailing info@rbpexperiences.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Please describe your request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant record. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority before acting.

We may deny or limit a request when we cannot reasonably verify it or when retaining information is reasonably necessary for an active order, payment, assignment, application, security matter, tax or accounting record, legal obligation, dispute, or legal claim. We may continue sending transactional messages that are necessary to administer an order, assigned place, application, contribution, or service request. We will honor any additional nonwaivable privacy rights that apply to the request.

9. Adults, Policy Changes, and Contact

The Event is for adults age 18 and older. The website is not directed to children under 13, and you should not submit a child’s personal information through an Event form. If we learn that we collected information from a child contrary to this Policy, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, vendors, or operations. We will post the revised Policy through the same Privacy link and change the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice when required by law or otherwise appropriate.
