This notice describes accessibility and accommodations for The Revelation Experience. Please read it alongside the Purchaser Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Venue access

The event is held at Millwick in Los Angeles, California. The venue is step-free and wheelchair accessible, and has accessible restrooms.

Service animals

Service animals are permitted.

Support persons

Requests involving a necessary support person are handled case by case. Please contact us as early as practical to discuss your situation. Admission for a support person is not automatic and is not free of charge unless we confirm that in writing.

Communication, sensory and other requests

Communication, sensory and other accommodation requests are evaluated individually. We do not offer captions, ASL interpretation, alternate-format materials, a designated quiet space or advance sensory materials as standard provisions. If any of these would help you, tell us what you need and we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot do for this event.

How to make a request

Write to info@rbpexperiences.com as early as practical. We will address requests as promptly as reasonably possible. We do not commit to a fixed response window. Please share only the information reasonably necessary to evaluate and provide the accommodation.

Information you share about an accommodation is limited to the personnel and service providers who need it in order to evaluate or provide the request.

No particular accommodation is guaranteed until we have confirmed it with you.

Food, dietary needs and allergens

Detailed dietary and food information is still being finalised and will be shared later, when My Experience onboarding opens. Dietary restrictions will be collected at that time. Dietary, allergy, medical, accessibility and emergency-contact details are not collected at checkout.

Food is prepared in a shared kitchen environment. We cannot guarantee that any dish is free of allergens or free from cross-contact. If you have a severe allergy or a medically necessary diet, please contact us as early as practical so we can discuss what is and is not possible.
